We have had a fantastic couple of weeks in year 3 during our music lessons. We have been learning all about rock and reggae music, learning about famous composers and even composed our own piece of music!
We have loved learning how to use the glockenspiels and the percussion instruments and we even had a surprise guest performance from Mrs Beckett!
We have even been beginning to read music to play the nursery rhyme of Three Blind Mice on our glockenspiels! We did a brilliant job.
When composing our music, we used the sea as our inspiration, 3A started off with a nice, calm scene, 3B then began to build up the tension and then 3C finished it off with a storm! Have a look below at how well we did!
