If you go down to the woods today....

In our woodland area you are guaranteed plenty of surprises especially on Forest School day. The Rabbits group joined up with the Hedgehogs and the Foxes this week to take part in lots of exciting activities. Using clay and other materials from the forest area, the children created clay faces and these were stuck to the trees. We discussed facial features and what we could use to represent these using the materials we had. The children had a go at threading leaves, swinging in the hammock and walking along the tightrope and some of the children very bravely (and gently) picked up the worms we found.
