Minibeasts!

We have been learning all about Minibeasts this term. The children have enjoyed doing lots of different activities such as making Ladybirds, butterfly's, exploring the green slime with minibeasts in and using magnifying glasses to look for different minibeasts. The children enjoyed exploring the different minibeasts when looking through the magnifying glass 'I can see a Spider Miss Lauren, its black and has lots of legs'.

We also enjoyed taking a trip to the bug room where we found Boris the Spider, The Snail and Cockroaches! We enjoyed looking at the different minibeasts and talking about them such as what colour they were and the sort of house they lived in. We also saw the Hedgehog and Spike the bearded Dragon!
