Our first D+T Lesson!

This afternoon in year 1, we had our first design and technology lesson. We started by smelling and feeling a variety of fruit and vegetables - we discussed that ones with seeds were classed as fruit which was surprise with a few. After our super sorting we enjoyed tasting a few which for some was their first time! We will continue learning about fruit and vegetables and build up to making our own healthy smoothie in a few weeks time.
