This afternoon, to celebrate World Mental Health Day, we took part in Take Ten with Susie Dent, where we learnt about the meaning of ‘serendipity’ and she shared with us her new book.
She even shared some tips on how to find calmness when reading 📖
We learnt that it is important to take ten minutes to read, to achieve a small moment of zen 🧠. We even grabbed ten minutes ourselves to end our day!
