Y5: Reversible & Irreversible Changes

This week in Science we have been learning about reversible and irreversible changes. Firstly, we sorted pictures and discussed everyday examples of reversible and irreversible changes. After that, we investigated these changes through completing two different observations.

• What would happen if we add water to bicarbonate of soda?

• What would happen if we add vinegar to bicarbonate of soda?

To summarise our learning, Year 5 enjoyed reporting their findings using the iPad to record and film their investigations. Well done Y5!
