Our ‘Reptile Room’ is home to all things that crawl, scuttle and slither. It sits alongside the farm as a fantastic resource that helps expand and enhance learning in all aspects of the National Curriculum whilst creating a base understanding of the natural world and how to look after it.
We have Bearded dragons, leopard and crested geckos, corn and king snakes, praying mantis, hissing cockroaches, black beauty stick insects, Chilean rose tarantulas and giant millipedes that are all cared for and looked after by Mr Kiddle and the children.
Subjects such as habitats, Classification, Minibeasts, Life-cycles, Evolution and Adaptation really come alive with the Reptile Room.
We are always looking for donations of bugs and reptiles and equipment to make the Reptile Room even better, contact Mr Kiddle at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
