Introduction

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for nursery top‑up provision, which provides additional nursery hours beyond the universal funded entitlement.

Please read this contract carefully. By signing, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.

Nursery Top‑Up Fees

The cost of nursery top‑up provision is £25.00 per week. Fees must be paid in advance every Monday (or the first day of the school week).

Payments must be made via ParentPay. Where a school week is reduced to four days due to a bank holiday, INSET day, or published term dates, the weekly fee will be £20.00.

Fees remain payable when a child is absent due to holidays taken during term time.

Attendance

Regular attendance is expected. Poor attendance may result in the withdrawal of nursery top‑up hours.

Punctual Collection

Children must be collected promptly at the end of their nursery session. Repeated late collections may result in the immediate loss of nursery top‑up provision.

Late or Missed Payments

Late or missed payments may result in the suspension or withdrawal of top‑up hours. Persistent non‑payment may result in the permanent removal of the nursery top‑up place.

Withdrawal of Top‑Up Provision

Sandon Primary Academy reserves the right to withdraw nursery top‑up hours with immediate effect if the terms of this agreement are not met.

Parents/carers wishing to cancel nursery top‑up provision must provide at least one week’s written notice.
