On this day in 1939 (4th July), Sandon Road Infants School & Sandon Road Junior School opened for the very first time. Fast forward 80 years (with a few name changes in between), Sandon Primary Academy is still at the heart of the community going from strength to strength. We can’t wait to mark this special occasion tomorrow at our 80th Celebration, but in the meantime, why not take a trip down memory lane with a few old photos? You may even spot yourself!
