Today year 2 children had to work in teams to take care of their new friend EGG. The children gave them a name and designed a home to protect him. The children took it in turns to parent their egg, hold and care for him as well as ensuring that they survived some eggciting tests... we moved around school with our new friend, walked up and down steps and climbed over a bridge ensuring that we worked together to protect him!
The children had great fun and learned how to work as team, how to take care of something and the consequences if we don't care for others.
