Coffee and Comprehension

This morning, Year four held a coffee and comprehension morning for children and parents. We invited parents into our comprehension lessons to share reading activities that we engage in at school and to help us to develop our fluency, retrieval, sequencing and inference skills. After some exciting activities, we indulged in coffee, tea and cakes made with some fair trade ingredients to support our learning about fair trade this week.
