Last week, to link with our RSHE curriculum Y4 took part in a mindfulness afternoon.

To help us control our minds, bodies and emotions we learnt a range of breathing techniques, yoga poses and meditation skills.

We also made our own stress balls to help us focus and remain calm. I’m sure as parents you will agree that anything we can do to help our children to recognise their feelings and regulate them is worth while. Ask your children our three breathing techniques! 😊
