Y6: Appalachian region of North America!

In today’s geography lesson, year 6 learnt all about the Appalachian region of North America! 🇺🇸 we studied the physical features of this region (including states, mountain regions🗻, rivers 🏞 and wildlife 🦌), as well as the human features such as population and land use 🗺.

Then, we used our research to create a PowerPoint presentation all about the Appalachian region! There were some very fancy animations going on 😯 as well as key facts and, of course, plenty of pictures!
