Teacher Provision
When providing remote learning, teachers are responsible for:

Setting work for pupils in their class and ability set. Teachers will set around 3 hours of learning per day. This will consist of daily Mathematics, English and Curriculum alongside spelling, handwriting and x tables.

Work will be set using pre recorded lessons and will be uploaded daily to the school’s YouTube channel. Parents should access the year group playlists (link below).

Links for the videos will be sent each day via the Marvellous Me App.

Parents are required to submit completed work to their teachers using the class / year group email address. This can be a photograph, attachment or a description of the work completed (see email link below).

Pupils & Parents
Staff expect pupils learning remotely to:

Be contactable during the school day

Complete work to the deadline set by teacher

Seek help if they need it, from staff

Alert teachers if they’re not able to complete work
Staff can expect parents with children learning remotely to:

Make the school aware if their child is sick or otherwise can’t complete work

Seek help from the school if they need it

Contact the school if they require an iPad to support home learning

Be respectful when making any complaints or concerns known to staff
