For our dessert, we had a go at making chocolate mousse, vegan style! We melted the chocolate and then all had a go using the electric whisk to whip up our aquafaba! It was delicious! 🤩
Next, we used our knife skills to chop up some vegetables to go with our home made hummus! We blended the chickpeas and then added some garlic and pesto to complete our starter 🤩
Finally, it was time to get cracking on our main - vegan pizza!
We used dairy-free yogurt and flour to make our base and then added our vegan toppings!
