Zoo Creative Camouflages

Today for World Book Day, Year 2 enjoyed sharing the text 'Zoo' by Anthony Brown. To fit with our current topic in Science, we thought about the habitats which some of these animals would live in if they were in the wild.

We used a picture from the text as a stimulus to discuss the meaning of camouflage. Then, we enjoyed creating our very own creative camouflage by colouring an animal and gluing it onto a striking, bright background.
