Y1: Plants

We’ve had a wonderful science lesson this afternoon 🌺🌸💐🌼🌻


We learnt the names of 8 common plants; lily, sunflower, daffodil, sweet pea, pansy, lavender, rose and tulip.


I wonder how many your child can remember? 😀


We’ll be learning about all things plants this term so please talk lots about plants and flowers you see as you’re out and about, to extend children’s learning.
